- The capacity depends on the format of your event. We can accommodate up to 50 people for a format stand-up cocktail (5 to 7), and approximately 20 to 25 people in a formula banquet.
- Yes, the rental of the space is in the phrase "bring your own booze". However, for logistical reasons, the rental of lenses which are suitable (or use plastic cups) must be considered.
- No. To ensure the quality of the experience, the caterer must be approved by our team. This rule is intended to avoid the mess, waste and ensure a perfect management at the level of the food.
- Yes, a few parking spaces are available on site. In addition, parking is free in the surrounding streets, this offers a great accessibility to guests or to participants.
- Since 2018, our experience is built on the planning of more than 200 weddings and 30 corporate events. Despite this volume, we approach each new celebration with the same passion and the same level of commitment as if it were the first!
- Certainly. We believe that our service has no boundaries and we go where our customers are calling us. For destinations outside of our usual area, a quote including the cost of transportation, accommodation and allowances for the team will be established. The opportunity to discover new places is always a source of inspiration for us.Please be aware that we have opened a subsidiary in Mexico in the Riviera Maya.
- In general, at least two people : a (e) coordinator-(trice) senior, a coordinator junior. This number could be higher depending on the number of guests and the logistical complexity of your marriage (marriage under the big top, multiple events, moving furniture, etc). We consider that it is essential for the smooth running of your wedding to have sufficient human resources.
- As we accept a limited number of marriage, we suggest you contact us as soon as possible 12 to 18 months in advance. If you are thinking of working with a planner of weddings, this is the first thing that you should book, even before I found the place of your dreams! The more quickly we will be involved in your efforts, the more you can benefit from our advice.
